As one king falls, another takes his throne. The aromatic reign of Humulus Lupulus (hops) is supported in every sip by resounding and victorious malt flavors. Unlike the intense and aggressive monuments to the prior Rex, this veritable Hop King is upheld by a delightfully textured throne and serves as a beacon to those seeking a balance worthy of prolonged sessions.

Bottled from whole foods alexandria. Pours a yellow gold. Strong hops aroma and bite but dissipate quickly to fry finish. I guess good for the low abv.

Bottle: Pours clear, golden-amber with a frothy beige head. Bright tangerine aroma. Taste is a bit watery....orange malt, orange-peel.... Nice flavour...but the diluted nature starts bringing it down after a while.... Starts good, but gets a little tedious towards the end.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run, 4/4/15. Clear copper, medium sized fizzy off-white head. Good retention. Aroma of herbal, resin, piney hops, crackery malt. The taste is bitter piney, resin, citrus, dank, herbal hops. Hints of pale malt. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, mild lingering bitterness.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy bronzed golden to amber color with a quickly dieing head that left some stringy lacing sliding for the most part.
The smell had a huge orange rind, big and bold right up front. A light floral to grassiness roamed underneath.
The taste was moderately sweet with an undertone of floral spiciness. There’s no aftertaste and it left a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat extremely light. This was extremely sessionable, definitely fits the description and still packs a nice harsh carbonation to boot.
Overall, though this is my first one from this company. I’m pretty sure they did what they wanted to with this one, I’d have again.

Bottle. Taste is nice, but it’s watery and thin. Obviously lower in alcohol, but a good beer if that’s what you’re looking for.
