75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, slight yeasty and slight hoppy. Yeasty, fruity and slight phenolic. Dry and grassy hoppy. Lingering light fruity. Bitter and dry phenolic finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer wtih a lazing yellowish head - very lively when opened. The aroma has notes of yeast, brettanomyces, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, pepper, yeast, fruit, and a bit of brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of gn0sis. Pours a hazy golden with some floaties and a lively, creamy off-white head leaving laces. A slow but steady gusher! Fruity, Bretty and very yeasty aroma - Orval-style. Medium body, some sweet fruitiness, then dry and yeasty astringency with a fairly bitter finish. I don’t really pick up any oak. 180311

750ml bottle-thanks hbmason for sharing-pours a big white head with hazy yellow color. Aroma is yeasty, light malt, wood, coriander, some orange. Taste is yeasty, light malt, wood, coriander, some orange-with sourness. Drying.

Bottle shared by Sean, thanks! Poured a cloudy gold with a large white heads that lasted throughout the beer. Aroma had a nice brett funkiness that supplemented the tart fruit and floral notes. There was also a bit of spice. The spice was more present in the flavor with the main notes being citrus and floral. There was still plenty of brett funk and a bit of fruit tartness.

750ml bottle pours a hazy orange with a very frothy white head. Smells of yeast, candy, grass, sugar, light hay, citrus rind, white pepper. Flavor is sweet, candy sugar, citrus zest, light hay, light spice. Finish is very dry. Extremely drinkable.
