You may have noticed, we've been feeling a bit nostalgic lately when it comes to our IPA releases. We've been having quite a bit of fun with these hoppy, old-school styles and we hope you all have been enjoying it as well. That being said, let's keep this nostalgia thing going! Ghost Gold is our tribute to the timeless West Coast IPA. Built on a crisp, highly drinkable base, this IPA showcases a lineup of classic American hops that have defined the style for decades. Simcoe and Amarillo lay the foundation before a whirlpool addition of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade builds layers of bright citrus and pine. A dry hop of Cascade, Chinook, Amarillo, and Mosaic rounds things out with vibrant grapefruit zest, resinous pine, floral aromatics, and just enough tropical fruit to complement the beer's firmly bitter, clean finish. 6.8% ABV.

Pint can pours with a crystal clear brilliant pure gold colored body that supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up a blend of pineapple, white grapes, a sliver of lime and grapefruit and then some tangerine like citrus toward the end of the pull. The taste delivers pleasing degrees of tangy citrus and bitter grapefruit fruit that has a slight lime nuance to it. It comes across clean and crisp and brings up a melon to raspberry to boysenberry berryness midway and into the finish. One of the better West Coast IPA brewed in AZ. I'd love it if this becomes a regular offering.
