The twelfth iteration of our house saison. A blend of barrel aged beer aged for an average of 18 months, fermented with our house culture and hopped with Golding, Fuggle and Pilgrim. This blend dives head first into the funk. After a tart, pithy kick, the soft notes of pineapple and peach reveal themselves, mingling with earthy spice, funk and the beers delicate tannic structure. Woody notes accentuate the subtle vanilla, honeysuckle and long, fruity finish. Drink it fresh or age to see where the funk takes it!"
