In the glass, it shows a bright, pale golden color while showcasing the heavily hazy and thick appearance true to the New England style, topped with a dense and creamy white head. The nose is a masterclass in complexity due to a unique hop blend: Simcoe’s piney backbone sets the stage for the innovative Dolcita and Rakau combo, unleashing a massive aromatic spectrum ranging from peach, apricot, and plum to exotic notes of coconut, caramelized banana, honeydew melon, and Valencia orange, finished with subtle hints of lime.
