We added different varieties of roasted malt and buckwheat to our grain bill, in order to make a black and stronger version of our Obscur-beers. It was barrel aged for one year in a 500l puncheon, and then for one more year in two gin barrels from a small Vermont distillery. Brewed together with our friends from Pen Druid, USA
