Our rice lager starts with an extra pale grain bill and flaked rice. Presents extremely pale straw, delicate, and restrained. Has a light malt sweetness w/ hints of steamed rice, fresh bread crust & honey crackers. Exceptionally clean and dry, with a soft bitterness that lends a well-rounded and refreshing drinking experience.

Draft, flight pour, left in photo, 7/19/26. Clear gold, thin white head. Bright lemon, cracker, grass. Honey and herbal notes. Highly drinkable. Smooth and clean. Slightly sweet on the close. Really good.
