Friends for 10
A dank, hoppy American Pale Ale brewed in celebration of 10 years of friendship with Titans!
Style: American Pale Ale
ABV: 6.0%
品目: ビール
"Friends for 10" marks this year’s anniversary collaboration with our great friends at Titans, brewed during their annual visit up to Aomori!
Their vision for this batch was a dank, hop-forward American Pale Ale. We built the foundation on our "Debbie's Pale Ale" malt profile—utilizing Pilsner malt, Wheat malt, and Dextrin malt—creating a clean canvas for our hand-selected lots of Idaho 7 and Simcoe during the boil and dry hop. The beer was fermented nice and clean using WHC Lab LAX American Ale yeast.
A crisp, fresh American Pale Ale is exactly the style of beer we love drinking ourselves, and it's even better when shared with the wonderful friends who make working in this beer industry so worthwhile.
Flavor & Aroma: dank resinous pine, bright citrus zest, tropical fruit notes
Body & Mouthfeel: light-medium body, crisp and firm bitterness, ultra-clean finish
Pairing Ideas: craft burgers, loaded tacos, fried chicken
Availability: limited release

Tap at the Aomori Brewpub. clear, bright golden color. Tropical fruit, dankness in the nose with some resins too. Flavor is gin-like, bitter and dank. Way too bitter and ugly tasting. I think something when wrong with the pour-it-yourself tap.
