Can (6/20/26) shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Clear, dark, maple-syrup brown, light viscosity, thin head with good retention, no lacing. Aroma is strong toasted earthy malt, toffee & bread crust. Taste follows aroma. Smooth, frothy texture, decent body, soft carbonation, finish as taste with lingering light bitterness. Wow! For the ABV, this is mind-blowingly strong aroma, taste with a substantial body. Well done!

16 oz. can in the trade with Scott and Linda. Clear mahogany in appearance. Aroma shows mild caramel and soft earthy grains. Flavor is much bolder then I would have guessed for the gravity. Good malt, backbone, and good body considering it’s under 4%. Quite nice.
