The fresh and exotic notes immediately stand out on the nose: lychee takes the lead with its floral
character, supported by a gentle warmth of papaya and the subtle, slightly mineral note of dragon
fruit. Typical saison undertones of yeast provide structure and depth.
On the palate, a medium-dry beer reveals itself with a juicy and rounded core. The papaya envelops
the typical Saison dryness with a gentle sweetness, whilst the dragon fruit introduces a playful
complexity. There are hints of kiwi, pear and a touch of melon, without being overpowering.
This is not a fruit beer, but a Saison that knows how to charm.
The finish is dry and refreshing, as befits a saison.
The fruitiness fades elegantly without leaving a sticky aftertaste
and a light bitterness rounds it off.
