Meet the newest addition to the neighborhood: Hidey-Ho Neighbor, a 3.5% Fresh Hop Cream Ale brewed with our friends, and actual neighbors at @TheFirFarm right here in Colts Neck.
We picked the fresh whole-cone Chinook and Cascade hops directly from their farm and got them straight into the brewhouse.
No middleman. No hardware store. Just fresh hops and questionable home-improvement decisions.
Built with German Pilsner malt + a touch of flaked rice, with fresh whole-cone Chinook in the mash and fresh Chinook + Cascade in the whirlpool.

🍺 Dry, ridiculously drinkable finish
💪 Only 3.5% ABV
