Sampled from the tap at the Bellaire location. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has rosemary and rose with a bit of sweet grain and honey supporting. Flavor has honey and sweet grains up front with growing rose and a bit of an herbal note in the finish.
