Blazing from the depths of our R&D program, everything you knew about dark styles can officially be flipped over and set on fire. This is our burn notice. Our latest attempt of pushing the boundaries of what a dark style can be while keeping every sip dangerously drinkable.
We started with a gruelling 12-hour boil, concentrating a complex grist of nine specialty dark malts building an impossibly rich foundation.
From there, we layered in fresh cream, a whisper of banana, mountains of sticky toffee and deeply burnt caramel, building outrageous body and decadent depth.
The result? A thick, velvety pour that lands somewhere between molten dark chocolate fudge, warm sticky toffee pudding and silky caramel glaze. Rich. Boozy. Luxurious. Unapologetically indulgent.

From a 440ml can on 12/9/2026. This one doesn't even include the word stout on the can, but is clearly part of OD's cream pastry stout style. Pours a dark brown milk with just a few bubbles floating on top. The nose is strong with lots of milk chocolate, salted caramel and a touch of banana. All of those are in first rich, creamy, indulgent sip, along with with some vanilla and toffee, leading into a nice sharp finish that takes the edge of the massive sweetness beautifully. The palate is pretty much like chocolate cream with soft carbonation. These guys invariably knock out incredibly good, super sweet pastry stouts, and this is right up there with their very best. Be warned if you don't have a sweet tooth though.
