Appearance - golden yellow and hazy. Thin off-white head.
Nose - elderflower and grainy.
Taste - lemon, elderflower and citrus pith.
Palate - light bodied and bitter finish.
Overall - like this!

Can from Appellation Wines. Cheers Ash! Pours hazy yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of cereal grain, light elderflower. Taste is quite bitter for the style. Floral and grainy again. Bitter finish.
