Untamed hops.
We've brewed this DDH IPA on a base of Lager malt with generous additions of malted wheat, flaked wheat and raw wheat, creating a silky mouthfeel, hazy and a pale, glowing appearance.
Mosaic kicks things off in the whirlpool with a burst of tropical aromas. Then Nelson Sauvin, Strata Cryo and a second addition of Mosaic take over in the dry hop, layering mango, wild berries, white grape and a distinctive dank character with hints of diesel funk. A firm touch of bitterness brings everything into balance.
When the wolf knocks at the door, invite it in.

Hazy yellow color, steady white head and some lacing. Oatiness, sweet tropical fruit and a little citrus on the nose. Medium-bodied. Softness from the oats combined with the sharpness of citrus/lime on the palate. Fruity sweetness and grapefruit in the taste. Highly drinkable, not too sweet. BB 05/2027.
