A marvel of apples and time. Wispy smoke, gentle textures, easy drinking, beautiful dry cider. It comforts us as the cold winter nights wrap around our souls, encouraging us to keep working through the harvest, with the gentle and subtle flavours of Bisquet warming our hearts. Hay, lemongrass, lime leaf, light and teasing on the palate as only this most beloved and underrated of apple does. A marvellous cider, to be enjoyed best at a barbecue or beside the fireplace. 500ml. 8.2%.
