A Progressive Era amber lager featuring all Idaho malt, flaked corn, wheat, and Cluster hops. This pre-prohibition style lager reflects the kind of simple, honest beer being brewed in Idaho when a young Frances Perkins was just getting started.
Folk Works is the first beer to launch in our New Deal series, inspired by Frances Perkins - the woman who built Social Security, minimum wage, and the 40-hour work week. This series celebrates organizations doing the quiet work of making the lives of all who live here better.
Created in collaboration with and in support of our friends at Treefort for Good; the nonprofit behind the free and community programming at Treefort Music Fest, building the cultural infrastructure that makes Boise's arts scene accessible to everyone.

Draft at El Diablo. Clear golden pour, one finger, persistent, fluffy white head, rings of clumpy lacing. Clean, simple, bready aroma. Taste follows with the same formula, tasty, clean, simple, clean, easy drinking lager. Way too easy to drink.
