West Coast Style India Pale Ale
Another revised nostalgic embrace from the beers that made us fall in love with hops in the first place. Brewed with an uncomplicated grist of American 2 Row barley and German Vienna malt, and a judicious an amount of Crystal malt. Hopped quite generously in the kettle with Columbus, Centennial & Cascade. Fermented with a classic American ale yeast, and walloped with two back-to-back Simcoe/Amarillo//Centennial dry hop additions. -Notes of pink grapefruit, candied orange, unripe peach, candied peach rings spruce and citrus flower.
