One thing we love about making craft beer, is the limitless possibilities of ingredients and flavours. We've always wanted to tap into our local environment and forage fun ingredients to pair with our beers, so we reached out to our friend Kevin, to help us get acquainted with our natural surroundings. The result of our foraging has led us to Woodwind, our love letter to Edmonton’s natural beauty.
