The Gold Medal winner in the Fruited Sour category at the 2025 Alberta Brewing Awards features Pear, Ginger and Japanese Sansho Pepper. The delicate notes of ripe pear and light tropical fruit are balanced with a mild acidity and spiciness (think Szechuan) notes from the Sansho Pepper and ginger.
