American Strong ale fermented with the sap of maple trees. A genuine treat as it ages.

Draft at Paradiso Dupont. Beautiful variegated golden brown color, tan head, great lacing. Aroma of boozy caramel and light spice. Taste of spiced butterscocth and alcohol. Above average barleywine.

On tap at Beer for Beasts. A barleywine was a nice change of pace. Tastes of pine, caramel, figs, and berries. Bitter and sweet. Odd that these high abvs seemingly havd no effect on me, am I invisible? Tbd

Sampled from the tap at EBF. Poured a clear amber brown with a near white head that lasted throughout the beer and laced slightly. Aroma had a sweet grain note with some caramel and toffee notes and just a hint of pine hops. Flavor began with sweet grains and some toffee with a decent amount of pine hops present.
