16.9 oz bottle purchased at Gomers on 75th / State Line in Kansas City, Missouri. 34942B, 18:17, 36314 stamped on the bottle neck. The pour is a cloudy hazy golden yellow with a well formed 1 ½ inch white head. The aroma is fresh straw and earth, gentle wheat and a hint of citrus and funk. Nice, clean fresh nose. The taste is bright citrus lemon orange and musty funk, tart and a little bitter sour in the back. The grass and straw are present as it warms. Nice flavors, though expresses less fresh and clean than the nose. The palate is medium bodied, bright natural carbonation, unfiltered mouthfeel and the tart finish. Another tasty Prairie beer.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is very fruity with a lot of Brett tropical fruit funk and a bit of cherry. Lighter hop notes of citrus and peaches with a bit of a graininess. Pours a pale, cloudy, yellow hay color with a huge, pillowy, white head with decent retention as it falls into itself. Medium lacing. Flavor is moderately tart with a light sweetness. Fairly dry. Medium light citrus notes and lighter atone fruit. Medium low bitterness. Light pepper phenolic notes. Medium light tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium high to high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice beer. Not too tart, not too funky, not too hoppy. I personally like the tarter, more hoppy dry hopped sour beers, but this is enjoyable and easy drinking. More like a Brett IPA without too much bitterness than a dry hopped sour. A little too carbonated though.

Bottle from Wine & Cheese. Pours hazy gold with a fizzy white head. Aroma is mild brett and citrus. Med body, nearly. Flavor is sour, and apparently something not brett with sharp citrus. Definitely dry, finishing tart/sour, some sort of brett-like thing, and citrus. Good stuff.

Pours with a hazy blonde golden hued body with a large and retentive white head. Staying power is quite above average for funky/acidic beer. Aromas are lightly malty, grainy, but the main scents are funky and tropical, lightly goaty 4EG. Grassy, red apple, very ripe mango. Papaya and strawberries. Overall very fruity! Flavors are mildly tart, ripe red apple, underripe melon/mango, green, grassy, pineapple. Very nice, but overall slightly underripe tropical fruit profile. A bit intense on the underripe/green flavors. Lively carbonation, quenching, dry. Overall quite nice.

Draft. Musty barnyard and lemon malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Funky sweet horseblanket, lemon malt, and mildly bitter herbal flavor. Light body. Light but still lots of character.
