Nice reddish color witha decent head. Aroma of toasty malts, light spices, and caramel malts. Has a nice, medium body making it easy to drink. Flavor os toasty malt, caramel, light spices. I really enjoyed this brew. It’s no standout but just a solid Irish Ale I would regularly drink if I lived near the pub.

on tap-pours a tigh tan head and red/copper color. Aroma is peat/roasty-medium malt. Taste is peat/roasty-medium malt, some earthy hops. Towards medium body.

A dark clear brown ale with a thin off white head. A musty butterscotch aroma greets you, followed by caramel and dust. In mouth, a lightly sourish irish ale, with no overwhelming butterscotch. On tap at brewpub, July 20, 2008.
