A big bitter 77 IBU India Pale Ale, spiced with a blend of fragrant Magnum, Simcoe, and Cascade hops. An American IPA receipe designed by our late Brewmaster, Greg Noonan. He said that he wanted this to represent the American style IPAs being brewed by the creative brewers using todays malt and hop varieties.

Some nicy noppy notes, citrus, pine, resin, but its all pretty faint, and dare i say boring. The malts are lightly toasted caramel, and grass. It all seems underwhelming and a tad watery. Medium bitterness, light pine finish.

On tap at Vermont Pub, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy and piney hops, and a dry toasted biscuity malt backbone. Flavour is along the same lines, with piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Nothing special, but it's clean and drinkable.

On tap at brewpub itself.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a nice looking hazy burnt orange color with a slim finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute leaving some light lacing on the glass. The smell started off with some sweet grassy hops rolling over on some semi-sweet citrus hops, definitely playing a subtle low-key effect over some sweet malt.
The taste was mainly grassy sweet through the hops.Light underscore of malts to play with the sweetness yet still have enough oomph from the bitterness to show some effect in the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good AIPA that I could have again.

New England Bucket List Trip #137. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a clear vibrant yellow with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of spicy, herbal, resin hops, dilly, thyme, pale malt, hints of raisin. The taste is tropical, citrus, pine hops, spice, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering spice.
