Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A sweet nose of honey and biscuit, light floral hops. The flavor is sweet malts, biscuit, again honey, some crisp low bitterness. Good.

Draught. Cloudy yellow with pillowy white head. Lekker pilsy (verskoon me vir dat woord) aroma/ Medium body. Hop and malt in balance. Restrained hop finish.

Draft at the brewpub, as Papa Paul’s Pilsener. Cloudy yellow color. Aroma of rising bread dough. Taste is lager-like with a bit of extra yeast.
