330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy dark golden to amber colour with huge, frothy, lasting, white head. Decent, slightly floral and herbal hop aroma. Taste is bitter hoppy, hints of peach and grapefruit, accompanied by an unpleasant ammonia note. A failed composition of hops.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of spices and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and spices, leading ot a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy golden with a rich and frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Fruity aroma - but no distinctly fresh hoppiness. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, fruit and yeast with a bitter finish. But totally lacks a the crisp and fresh hoppiness of good IPAs. A bit of a letdown after so many great Mont Salève beers. 160912

draft @ Moeder Lambic French Beer Festival ’12.
