Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris
Cloudy amber color; medium sized head. It has a nice fruity aroma, fruity and resiny, with oranges. Malt flavor, but mostly yeasty, which is a bad combination with the strong bitterness and hop resins. Rough, it would have been better with a cleaner flavor.

Pours clear deep amber with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape and peach. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A clear, orange-golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Rather fruity nose, orange zest and a little maltyness too. Medium to full body, pleasant carbonation and with flavors of bitterness, orange zest, pine cones and malty sweetness. Lasting bitterness in the end. A nice and easy drinkable beer that I won’t shy away from repeating. 120623
