No head, copperish orange beer. Horseblanket, lemon, icecake glacing, bit peppery. Sour, woody, lemon, complex barnyard flavours, sour grapes. Tart, lipsmacking acidity, no carbonation. Very good old lambic.

Bottle @ Gebrande Winning. Pours still golden. Notes of heavy wood, as heavy as I've ever experienced it! Underlying funk, developed acidity, sweetness, funk, citric and overripe oranges.

Draught @ CBC 2016 [ Green Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Copenhagen Celebration 2017, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Bokkereyder Solera Lambic #3 ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, open and fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, sulfur, earthy, gueuze, grapes, apples, light wood - oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, farmyard, sulfur, gueuze flavor, grapes - apples. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160514] 8-3-8-4-17

(Sample @ CBC 2016 Green Session, Copenhagen) Hazy golden pour with a ghost of white head. Rather heavily funky notes as far as their stuff goes, cheesy and barnyard, but layered over a bed of substantial, pretty bright fruity notes, citrus and peaches both. Peach is especially prominent in the flavour, which is fairly dry and rather acidic, crisp. Fairly light bodied and flat. Rather more expressive along some axes (funk, acidity) than most unfruited Bokkereyder, but doesn't slip out of balance.

CBC. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma s malt, tart, barnyard, funk and leather. Flavour is malt, tart, barnyard, funk, little dry, little barnyard, little sweet and lemon.

Bottle as Solera #1. Clear golden yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of dusty hay and rotten lemon. Taste is funky overripe lemon and straw. Tasty.
