Sour ale aged with pluots.
Golden Ale aged in used wine barrels for 8 to 12 months with Brett and bacteria. After the barrel aging we transfer the beer onto approximately one pound of pluots per gallon of beer, this takes about 3 to 4 months. From here the beer is transferred off the fruit and eventually kegged. A pluot is a cross between a plum and an apricot, pluots are derived from plumcots, a fruit bred by Luther Burbank.

Tap at the source. Hazy dark golden color, small white head. More bitter than Temptation, fuller body, and the sourness is a bit more subtle. Good stuff.

Draft. Rich amber with a nice whitish head. Light yeasty/tart aroma. Tart flavor that lingers and borders on sour. Some apricot fruitiness (much better than fou foune). Medium body. Nice tartness with tart appricots adding good rounding fruity flavors.
