A long-time customer favorite at our Pub, the IPA is full of flavor aroma from Simcoe Hops, yet very smooth and easy to drink!

Copper colored, with a strong hop aroma of grapefruit, citrus, even pine (in addition to the hops bitterness). Medium malt flavor is present resulting in a crisp, dry beer with balanced character.

Poured up at the brewpub with clear copper body and lasting off white head. The aroma emits sugar sweet malts along with a pleasing yet modest amounts of spicy hops. The first sip was like, wow, that’s some big spicy – earthiness gong on there and seemingly creating a bit of a black tea sensation. Additional quaffs reveal loads of spicy hops, some herbally grassy hops and grapefruit hop bitterness.

enjoyed during 2011 RBWG on tap pours dirty blond with a medium white head. Aroma is very dank, loads of pine and skunky hops. Flavor is toasted malts and again very rich pine and dank hops ending dry.

Draught at the brewpub
Light amber color; creamy head. Moderate aroma, a bit yeasty, light caramel. Correct body strength; malt and caramel flavor, and toffee; strong bitterness, with some resins. Compared to the Amber with Cascade, it’s more balanced, but less interesting.
