A long-time customer favorite at our Pub, the IPA is full of flavor aroma from Simcoe Hops, yet very smooth and easy to drink!

Copper colored, with a strong hop aroma of grapefruit, citrus, even pine (in addition to the hops bitterness). Medium malt flavor is present resulting in a crisp, dry beer with balanced character.

On tap at SunUp, pours a clear copper with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out light piney hops, some floral notes and doughy malt. Flavour is floral and citrus hop-heavy, with quite a strong astringency on the finish. Lacking character despite finishing abrasively. Meh.

Bottle share at Steve’s. Kind of a soft, mellow IPA, got lost in all of the big beers surrounding it. Not much to remember it by, rather average IPA.

Pours clear pale amber, small off-white head, great lacing. Aroma is light, caramel, pine and a hint of melon. Flavor is light plus sweet and medium bitter, not a lot going on. Medium body, lots of lingering bitterness.

Appearance: Clear gold-orange white head and plus lace
Flavor: The taste is light sweet and mid bitter
Palate: Body is smooth and clean with a soft carbonation
