Poured up at the brewpub with brilliantly clear gold body and off white head. The mild aroma offers up sugary sweetness and vague hoppiness. The taste is pretty smooth with graininess and soft notes of floral and spicy hops. To midway a pleasing fresh grainy maltiness picks up and takes it into the finish. Nice brew that seems designed as relief for a 120F deg day.

Tap. Light golden, white edge head. Bitter start to finish, very lager like. Not bad, but not too exciting either.

Draught at the brewpub, as Brewer’s Den Cream Ale
Deep blond color. Light aroma. Dry toffee flavor, the body is strong enough but the high bitterness gives a dry feeling. Reasonable.
