A new version of an American classic. Our pale ale bursts with citrus and herbal hop aroma and flavor, featuring the newly discovered Amarillo hop variety – along with generous Perle and Cascade hops. Made with English Pale, Munich, Vienna, and Crystal malts, this beer gives a great malty body with a cleansing hop finish.

Draft at flying saucer. From notes. Caramel malt balances out the citrus and pine hops. Very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear rusty amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has a decent amount of rustiness with a hint of grapefruit and a bread backbone. Flavor gas a light earthy grass hop note with grain and bread in the backbone.

12oz shorty bottle. I have good reason to believe this bottle is the better part of a year old, but it still holds up quite well. Unfiltered orange-tan, frothy head that laces the glass. Orange-lemon aroma. Medium to full bodied, soapy. The malt is a little thin, but overall a solid, refreshing APA. Probably an unfair rate, as their other beers were phenomenal.
