A light amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet hoppy though with a hint of acidity - a light aroma for an IPA. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit and caramel, as well as a slight acidic note. Somewhat boring.

Bottle from xproudfoot. Cloudy deep orange body, thin-medium off-white head. Bready, caramely aroma with piney, citrusy, bitter hops, past their prime. Sweet, caramely, bready body, stale yeast, and the remnants of west coast hops yielding the last of their pines and grapefruit rinds. No way is this 7.9% ABV. Probably fairly boring even fresh.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy light orange/amber witha very nice full creamy sandy colored head. Quite attractive. Thick persistant lacing. Aroma is fairly mild for the style, and has nice citrusy, notes to it. Flavor is actually quite tame for an IPA. I expected a lot more hoppiness, even after smelling it. The malt body, is nice, slightly woody, lightly toasted, and fairly dry and a bit thin. Balanced overall I’d say, but not a very daring entry. Hop pigglett maybe. Thanks goes out to Lukin013 for sending this one.

Bottle on 06/25/08. Clear amber body with a medium creamy off-white head. Sweet earthy malts and floral hops. Caramel, rum soaked fruit and floral hops with more earthy malt and a fairly mellow hop bitterness in the finish. Medium body with moderately low carbonation. Original rating on 01/14/06. Off-white head on a cloudy amber color. Malty and earthy aroma. Relatively mild grapefruit hops flavor. Original score: 7/3/7/3/13.

Bottle. Amber in color with a nice, pretty head. Sweet hoppy aroma- some floral, citrus, and pine... nice. Flavor is full of bittersweet cascade hops- but not overdone by any means. In fact, it’s nicely balanced- with a hint of tasty malts. A very nice beer.

This is an ok brewer whose products I have had a number of times, but this was the first time I have tried this one. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy medium brown color with a large tan head. The aroma was strong fruity hops. The flavor is also strong fruity hops with a moderately thick malty undertone and some light caramel notes. The finish is dry and hoppy. Not a bad offering.
