Refrigerated bottle dated June 9, 2010 poured into a weizen glass. Pours light orange with medium white head that dissapates fairly quickly. Some lacing, medium body, and good carbonation. Taste is acidic tart wheat, some alcohol, some spicy citrus, and a hint of coriander. Would be better if the alcohol where better covered.

22 oz bottle. Pours a dark, hazy orange with a huge fluffy head. The aroma is orange rinds, cloves and coriander. The flavor is malty with a significant citrus tartness. The palate is heavy, acidic with some carbonation and fine particulates. Overall, a strong but delicate example of the style.

22 oz. Bottle Pours a hazy gold with a generous white head. The head is frothy and lasting. Laces fairly well. Has a GREAT aroma of citrus, sweet fruits, and corriander. I also get the wheat. Has a decent carbonation. A dry texture. The flavor is good. Has a sweet and tart mix. Its zesty. Has a medium body. The finish is good with a pleasing aftertaste. The aftertaste makes me want to drink more. However, I do taste a bit of the higher alcohol taste. this is a 8.1 %

Bomber pours hazy deep gold with thin white head. The aroma is full of graininess, wheat, spices, a touch of bubble gum and lemon. Nice. The taste is similar with ample amounts of grains and wheat creating a base for sharper notes of yeasty spices and a spike of lemon. It stays sweet as the spicy yeast notes fade revealing a modest note of bubble gum as well as lingering graininess and wheat. Nice stuff.

Im really shocked to find out this ahs 8.1%abv. it does not taste like it at all, i dont know where the alcohol goes, but its definitely not in the flavor. Kind of reminds me of southampton double white, but a little better flavor and doe not have southamptons strange aftertaste. nice and clean but with more complexity than ive seen from most wits, double or otherwise. not the crappy-after a day at the beach-kind of wits that are nothing more than heffeweizens with some orange peel, this one is just what a white should be, just be casreful, because that 8.1 will come back to bite you in the keester after having too many of this delicous beer,

Chalk white head over a light golden brew. Very much straight forward Wit with coriander, orange peel and a touch of cinnamon. The body is full. A touch sweet, but very well balanced and very refreshing for such a high ABV. Very enjoyable.
