Bottle pour @ MBWAC 2020, Copenhagen. Intense, sour and tart with some apricot jam, funky farmyard and tartness. Feels more sour than other Bokkes.

750mL bottle at Muted Horn, pours a clear golden with a quickly-dissipating white head. Nose is unbelievably intense, with an absurd amount of pitted apricots dominating - that is ridiculous - with restrained funk. Flavour is no less assertive, with intense apricots, lots of pit, and exceptionally high acidity. The apricot character is so just wonderful, though the acidity is a bit much - might have acid reflux tomorrow. The acidity is really overbearing, detracting from what could be a world class lambic. Still, as it is, beautiful extreme lambic.
