Rice helps this beer ferment dry to better showcase the five different hops we use. We then dry hop with generous amounts of Chinook and Citra to create a nose that hints at tangerine, mango, papaya and pine.

Bottle at DC local tasting, courtesy of Lenny and Dave, thank you gentlemen. Pale yellow color. Aroma of pepper and malt. Taste is bitter throughout, but not overwhelmingly so. Nice.

Bottle thanks to swalden28 (with the assist from ericandersnavy). Pours with a small white head and a hazy golden body. Aroma is hoppy, bitter, citrus and dank. Taste is bitter and pine. Not much balance, and not a super interesting hop profile from the citra (the other c-hop dominates). Medium carbonation.
