Our Pale Ale is a complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale. An abundance of Cascade Hops gives this beer a citrusy, floral nose. We use a high percentage of Caramel Malt to provide a stark contrast to the hoppy front palate, giving our pale ale a smooth, malty finish.

Bottle pour into nonic pint glass. Appearance is hazy pale yellow with greenish tinge (urine-like) with nice sparkle, finger-width creamy head with nice retention, decent lacing. Aroma is strong herbs (a little like armpit) over slight floral and malty tones. Taste is mostly the herbal component of the aroma with bitter and slightly tart qualities dominating second half. Palate is medium bodied with light, frothy texture, average carbonation and dry, crisp lightly bitter finish. Overall, a decent enough appearance and palate but the herbal nature of the aroma and taste are not for me.

Kirkas kullankeltainen olut nopeasti katoavalla vaahdolla. Tuoksussa reilusti eksoottista hedelmää, lähinnä mangoa, maltaisuutta ja kevyesti ruohoa. Maku hedelmäinen ja kevyesti ruohoinen ja yrttinen. Keskitäyteläinen, kohtalaisen runsaasti hiilihappoja

Bottled 355ml (Alko, ABV 5.1%)
Slightly hazy orange color, small white head. Grainy, a bit sweetish aroma. Unclean yeasty feeling. Light-bodied. Grainy with grassy and herbal hoppyness. Somewhat harsh with clean finish. Very typical organic flavors.

Bottle. Pours hazy butterscotch with a small fizzy off-white head that dissipates quickly with some lacing. Aroma is butter, pine, citrus. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, buttery pine needles. Light body, lingering bitterness.

355ml bottle from Alko. Clear golden colored beer with a thin, but lasting, lacing white head. Citrusy , slightly malty aroma with grapefruity and floral notes. Flavor has citrus, grass, floral and mild herbal notes. Decent bitterness. Some light caramel in the dry finish. Pleasant. My kind of APA.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has fruitness that is slightly tropical, some citrusfruits, malts, slightly musty. Taste is fruitful, also musty maltyness, herbs. Medium bodied, slightly harsh in the mouth. Too musty and more freshness would be needed.

BBE 10/2016 - Pours clear yellowish golden with a small white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, soapy notes, hints of lemon and citrus. Taste is smooth, crisp and easy going with hints of grass, citrus and hay. Finish is crisp, slightly bitter and grassy with hints of citrus and hay. A bit boring and bland.

Pours a yellowish straw from a bottle. Not much to speak of here, on the bitter side, not much malt to balance it out, not getting too much in the way of aromatic hops either. Meh.
