Our Pale Ale is a complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale. An abundance of Cascade Hops gives this beer a citrusy, floral nose. We use a high percentage of Caramel Malt to provide a stark contrast to the hoppy front palate, giving our pale ale a smooth, malty finish.

Bottle @ Chipoetl, NYC. Pours slightly hazy orange amber with small white head. Clrar aroma of hops with touches of malt and grass. Bitter, hoppy flavour with pronounced grainy notes and a mildly acetic finish. OK but you just can’t resist the impression that you are drinking sth healthy...

17.06.2013, 0,35l bottle @ Chipotle Mexican Grill NY:
Nice creamy longlasting head. Aroma is fruity, hops, winegum crocodiles, caramel, grass, leafs, toffee. Taste is slightly fruity, hops, grass, dried fruits, caramel, leafs, pine needles. Medium bitterness. Fair enough, a little boring.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a light head of big bubbles that dissipate quickly. Aromas of cooking malts. Light malty, sour dour flavors. Nothing impressive

I poured it into a pint glass and a deep orange copper appeared with a clear body and a slight white head. There are some light hops and a bit of caramel come through in the aroma. The taste is sweet around some malts, sweet citrus and hops. The palate is light to medium with some harshness on the tongue. Overall, this is fairly easy to drink and I would have it again.

6 pack from local Market Basket. Somewhat hazy orange color in a pint. Nose of citrus. Little head, nearly no lace. Flavor is malt upfront, buttery, and very slight grassy hops. Less hoppy than I would have guessed. OK.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours hazy light amber with a foamy/creamy off-white head. Aroma seems floral/fruit. Near med body. Flavor is light caramel, with some mild light fruit and some floral. Moderately bitter. Flavors are light, but it is rather tasty.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, amber-honey with a mild, white head. Bready malt aroma with some caramel. Flavor is sweet with notes of toasted biscuit, caramel, butterscotch, and lightly bitter with some earthy hops. Medium in body with average carbonation. Finishes sweet with some modest bitterness. Not bad.

Some random deli in Brooklyn: Copperish-like color with a white head that leaves lacing. Hoppy and earthy aroma (kind of smells like dirt); might have been a little skunked. Heavy on the earthy and caramel malts. Some hops. A little sodaish taste. Not very well-balanced. Their IPA is a whole lot better than this.
