12 oz bottle into lager glass. Pours clear copper with a medium white long-retaining head. Aroma is almost non-existent--some wet dog and grain and that’s it. Taste is malty sweet with light tang; has a faint bitter finish. First noticeable flavor is metallic--not a good sign. Some caramel and grain in there. Highly carbonated, light-bodied. Starts to lose its cabonation towards the end. Terrible.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear amber-copper color with a large tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of pale malts and grassy hops. The taste is grassy with the faintest hint of caramel and lots of rough grainy notes. Thin bodied. In no way is this a Vienna as the label states. Poor beer.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear copper golden with a small off white head that leaves good sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is a floral hops with dough and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with a bready malt with a metallic finish. Not much going on with this one.

Clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma of toasty malts, fruits, light yeast, and a bit of molasses. Thin, overly carbonated body. What happened to the toasted malts in the flavor? Not much going on here. A bit of grains, really light toast, and maybe some light fruit. A let down.

16th August 2008. Clear amber coloured lager. Malty start, much more malt than a pale lager. The malt is also quite sweet. Finishes crisp with some mild hop presenting. Basically a malty lager!

This was actually a sought after beer when I was in college in the Midwest in the 80s. Of course, we usually drank PBR or Red White and Blue. This is a notch up from those. Barely.

12oz bottle-pours a big rich off white head and copper color. Aroma is yeasty, grain. Taste is not good, wet cardboard, some aspirin. Thanks jwc215 for picking this out.

12 oz bottle...copper with a non-lasting off white head...smells like an ordinary lager..a little hop and malt, nothing special....watery flavor with a sweet malt kick to it, with an added sour finish...nothing special by any means
