Bottle thanks to Lizzie. Poured a near clear amber with a white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a nice citrus note with some grapefruit and a bit of backing bread. Flavor was a bit thin with some grapefruit and grass notes with a backing grass note.

Sample at Thompson Brewery and Public House in Salem. This brew is a clear amber color with a medium thin off-white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Lightly floral hops aroma with some citrusy notes. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and sweet malt. The finish is sweet caramel at first with a short hoppy aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Portland trip. Sampled on draft this beer poured a slightly cloudy caramel color with a medium sized beige head. The aroma was moderate grapefruity hops. The flavor was sweet and bitter with a solid grapefruit presence. Moderate length bitter fruity finish. Medium body. Solid.

A hazy orange amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, light caramel malt with faint c-hops, subdued. In mouth, surprisingly more intense than the aroma would suggest, intense hops attacks, dwindling in seconds, light malts, light and overall a bit boring. On tap at Six Arms, Seattle, Sept. 12 2009.

No significant aroma. Flat. Tastes like sour lemons with caramel color and flavor added. Two notches above a drainpour.
