Dark brown with medium light tan head. Aroma like a Starbucks. Tastes of bitter chocolate and roasted coffee, but very thin body. No finish to speak of.

Nitro at TFD Boise. Dark brown pour with a thick, creamy brown head. Light aroma of roast and a faint sweetness. Tastes more roasty than anything, a little chocolate and some bittersweetness. Not bad.

On Tap at the Front Door in Boise. Nitro. Huge nitro light tan head that byy itself tasted and felt like a milkshake. Soft muted roasted aroma somewhat insulated by the nitrogen head "lid". Pale thin but creamy dark roasted and slight chocolate flavor. Quite thin palatte and soft fine caebonation. Very little bitterness. Slightly smokey bitter triler. This I suppose is what a non-stout drinker could have to say that he was a stout drinker.

Draught nitro served at a lager temperature. Not much aroma at first, then a malty nose. Malt with a little chocolate flavour with a quick finish.

Draught Black with foxy highlights; greige dense nitrohead. Brut chocolate, mole saucenotes of coffee and malts. Not really bitter, but very roasted grains taste, more chocolate and coffee dregs. Smooth, slick and falsely bodied by the roasted grains bill. Actually, rather poor stout. Not really better than Guinness, so, whatβs the point?
