Bottle, thanks Timo. Hazy very pale hay yellow liquid with minimal white head. Aroma of lemon, light vinegar, apples, earth and funk. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemons, grain and earth. Medium bodied with low carbonation. All right.

Tap at La Fine Mousse. It pours cloudy pale gold with minimal head. The nose is soft, funky, bready, straw and lactic tang. The taste is crisp, tart, lactic acidity, spring onion, lemon sherbet, sour yoghurt, mouth-pucker and minerals with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Slightly onion vibe ain’t great. Overall not bad.

Keg at CBC St Giles, 22/10/15. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, lemon rind, lactic pangs, bitter apricot, funky, damp hay. Taste comprises tarte citrics, damp straw, light acidic wash, lemon jus, farmyard. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a modicum of puckerage. Decent clean and easy ’Linner.

330 ml bottled 15-05-31 from my European Secret Summer Santa _angst_, thanks!
Murky, pale yellow body, with a quickly dissipating, white head.
Aroma of barnyard, overripe fruits, dough, citrus fruits, basement.
Tastes of sour citrus, ripe fruits, barnyard, lactose, yeast, earth.
Light mouthfee, with an average carbonation.
Finishes quite light, sour, fruity, yeasty.

Nice. Looks quite ugly, but smells and tastes interesting. Well balanced sourness and just enough body for a very refreshing, easy sour beer. The appearance and the too light finish avoid a better rating, but then it is just 4% ABV.

On tap at Gaasa, Oslo. Hazy and very pale with a white head. Yeasty aroma, feels like bakers yeast with doughy notes and citrus. Moderate sweet with nice acidity. Pleasant sour beer. Quite refreshing, but nothing to special.
