Tap @ Oedipus Brewing’s Carnivale Brettanomyces 2015’s pre-party. Pale yellow color, very cloudy. Dense white head, quickly disappearing with nothing left. Aroma’s: grain/wheat, sour, Bionade, fruity, something strange. Flavor is moderate sour, wheat/grain. Light bodied. More grain in the finish. Meh.

Draught @ Haket. Pours hazy milky vibrant pale yellow with a small frothy white head that quickly dissipates without leaving any trace on the glass. Smell is malty and tiny fruity with wheat dough, cereal, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, dry soil, paper and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny salty and tiny malty. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and tiny salty with wheat dough, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Bit heavy in the cereal and wheat dough, especially in the nose which also shows in recent batches of Rött Men Inte Sött too. Taste is a tart and clean berliner with balanced acidity and high drinkability. Wish the nose could be as clean.
