Tap @ Prael Proeflokaal (sold as saison @ 6.2%). Orange to amber color, cloudy. Off white head with good retention. Aroma’s: caramel, (sour) fruit. Caramel malt, hints of sourness and hopbitterness retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter with some caramel sweetness as backbone. Medium bodied. Finishes dry and with a firm spicy and earthy bitterness. Maybe not a true saison, but very nice anyway.
