Tap at Keyaki fest. Amber coloured, golden head. Aroma is light citrus, some skunkiness, malty. Taste is good. Light caramel, citrus bitterness, very drinkable. Maybe a bit thin, but still nice.

Tap at Oedo Beer Fest. Caramel brown pour with a finger of head. Malt forward aroma with some light pine and caramel notes. Starts out sweet on the palate with some caramel notes and then the piney bitterness rushes in. Slightly astringent finish. Not a good IPA really. Too British. --- Beer merged from original tick of Gunslinger IPA on 02 May 2016 at 18:51 - Score: 6. Original review text: Pretty basic British IPA

On tap @ The Hangover, Nakano, Tokyo. Clear amber color. Off white head. Aromaβs: flowery hops, sweet malt, sweet fruit, a bit fruit candies. Some acidity retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes caramelly, and then slowly a nice bitterness develops.

med amber color. Moderate bitter bitterness. Nothing too fancy or complex here, but OK.

Much better at the Vault. Light caramel, nice English hops, no diacetyl this time. Nice stuff. Draught at Tadgβs, 2013: 3.1. Grassy nose, a bit of caramel, minerals, light diacetyl. Orange amber with a low head. Funky, dry, grassy flavor, minerally, light malt. A strange bird. Not terrible, but not very likeable either.
