Draft. A hazy red-amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and grain. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap @ Torvehallerne market, Copenhagen. Cloudy amber color. Off white head (not much). Aroma’s: some malty sweetness, aromatic, flowery hops. Also a bit herbal retronasal. Flavor is moderate sweet, moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes a little dry, but hardly bitter. Nice crossbreed between English bitter & Belgian (amber) ale.
