Tap @ UBF ’13, shared with caesar. Dark color, almost black, murky. Aroma’s: caramel, slightly salty, wood, fruit (not distinguishable which fruit). Flavor is medium bitter, roasted. Light bodied, but not thin. Finishes roasted & bitter. Not quite balanced, but interesting enough.

Tap @ UBF13. Cloudy reddish purple color, short head. Soft fruity aroma, dark fruit, mostly berries of some kind. Soft fruity taste, bit sweet, slight sour. All not really outspoken, but easy to drink. Nice to see they are experimenting with a lot of different styles and ingredients.

Draught @ UBF. Opaque dark brown color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, fruits, overripe fruits, a slight hint of roastyness and maybe a touch of bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad.
