Draught @ In de Wildeman, Amsterdam. Very hazy orange color, small white head. Smells like a German Weizen: sweet, malts, banana. Taste malts, hay, yeast, banana. Low carbo, low body.

Tap @ In de Wildeman, A’dam. Murky orange to brown colour with a small white head. Smells banana and weizen. Tastes sweet, banana, weizen and (Dutch:) ’roze kermis zoetstok’. Little carbo, medium sweet body.

Tap @ De Nederlandse Brettanomyces Dagen In De Wildeman. Amber color, hazy. Aroma’s: mild/soft, medium sweet, banana, tea, only slightly herbal and bretty. Flavor is lightly fruity sweet (banana). Finishes grainy. OK
