Generous beige head. Medium lasting retention. Brow with dark rubi colour under the light. Sweet malts, cloves, caramel, molasses. Long lasting bitter finish. A nice one

Old rating from 2014 - 330ml bottle, out in the Isle of Man of all places, it pours a very dark brown with a off white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of yeast, dark fruit, caramel, cloves, hints of coffee and malt. Smooth finish

A nice dubbel, kinda like a introduction beer to the belgian style. My dad who only drink Rickard’s actually liked this one. Having it on tap, its nice, but you can tell its a dumbed down version of a dubbel for the mass market. The yeastiness and fruit is held in check. overall though, a decent brew.
